Meow Mix Ture

This started as a rim job for a beloved cocktail, "All the Meow Meows"

It has evolved into an all-purpose spice blend. We love Meow Mix-Ture as a dry rub for skewers. We use a torch to caramelize it on ham. 

Add some red pepper flakes and it is also great on bacon and pepperoni pizza. 

Great as a dry rub on veggies too! We love it on carrots, cauliflower, squash, sweet potatoes, popcorn, the list goes on...

Ingredients: Salt, Turbinado Sugar, White Sugar, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel, Cloves, Black Pepper

All the Meow Meows
2 oz jalapeno Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Ginger Honey Syrup
 
Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin
Add Ice & shake
Strain into Meow Mix rimmed glass with fresh ice
Enjoy!
