Lemongrass, Hibiscus, Eleuthero, Yerba Mate, Stevia

Brewing Instructions

  1. Choose a strainer type: bombilla spoon, pot, infuser or tea bag. Any teaware will do!
  2. Put 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herbs in a cup based on strength preference: 1-2 tablespoons per pot of tea.
  3. Bring water to a boil and steep for 5-7 minutes. Our teas are blended to not get bitter from over-steeping.
  4. Enjoy!
