This tea is crafted with that stillness in mind. Oat straw provides the backbone of this tonic. Traditionally oat straw has been used to improve mood, reduce stress and inflammation. It is also a great source of iron, manganese, and zinc. Lady’s Mantle is associated with grace, elegance, and authority. It stimulates progesterone Production and supports stepping into feminine power. Chamomile’s sun like flowers impart a sunny disposition. Its bitter taste supports digestion. Mild diuretic properties support reduction of inflammation. Overall an excellent tonic herb for the nervous system.

Loose Leaf Tea Brewing Instructions:

1. Choose a strainer type: bombilla spoon, pot, infuser or tea bag.
2. Put 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herbs in a cup depending on strength preference: 1-2 tablespoons per pot of tea.
3. Bring water to a boil and steep 5-7 minutes. Our teas are blended to not get bitter from over-steeping.
4. Enjoy!
