Silk Road Dust is a sweet and spicy seasoning blend inspired by the signature rim of our beloved cocktail, All the Meow Meows. What began as a playful drink garnish has now become a versatile kitchen staple. This blend brings together warm spices, subtle sweetness, and aromatic depth, creating a flavor profile that shines in both savory dishes and creative desserts.
It makes an exceptional dry rub for grilled skewers. A quick torch caramelizes it beautifully on ham, forming a flavorful crust. For a fun twist, sprinkle it on bacon or pepperoni pizza with a pinch of red pepper flakes. Its balance of sweetness and spice also makes it delightful on roasted nuts, baked fruit, or cocktail rims.
Crafted with salt, turbinado sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, star anise, fennel, cloves, and black pepper, Silk Road Dust offers warmth, brightness, and complexity in every sprinkle. This sweet and spicy seasoning blend brings bold character to your cooking and your cocktails alike.
Ingredients:
Salt, Turbinado Sugar, White Sugar, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel, Cloves, Black Pepper.
🍸 All the Meow Meows Cocktail Recipe
2 oz Jalapeño Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Ginger Honey Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a Silk Road Dust–rimmed glass with fresh ice.

Brewing Instructions
- Choose a strainer type: bombilla spoon, pot, infuser or tea bag. Any teaware will do!
- Put 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herbs in a cup based on strength preference: 1-2 tablespoons per pot of tea.
- Bring water to a boil and steep for 5-7 minutes. Our teas are blended to not get bitter from over-steeping.
- Enjoy!
- When you finish enjoying your brew, add water and offer the tea to your yard. The grass and the planet will thank you!
